About Cinemahead
Cinemahead is a creative consultancy dedicated to empowering storytellers, educators, brands, and content creators through the art of storytelling. Founded by Daniel Alegi in 2001 Cinemahead offers a range of development and educational services designed to transform ideas into compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and help small team, low-budget, first-timer and solo makers find support and audience.
Cinemahead, established in 1999 in Santa Monica, California, is an open studio dedicated to collaborative story development. Founded by storyteller and filmmaker Danny Alegi, it serves as a creative hub for students, writers, and partner creators, collectively known as “Cinemaheads.”
Philosophy

About Daniel Alegi
Danny is a seasoned storyteller with a passion for helping others articulate their visions. With a background in dramaturgy, experimental film and computer science he has a unique understanding of narrative dynamics and a personal method “Story Different”. Daniel has been instrumental in guiding numerous youth cinema projects to success.
